Primary Duties:
- Consults on employee relations issues.
- Recommends improvements to People Managers for employee performance.
- Conducts internal investigations related to employee relations allegations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in employee relations.
- Deep understanding of US employment law.
