Responsibilities:
- Assess stakeholder, process, role, and operational impacts associated with planned Zero Trust implementations.
- Develop change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition activities aligned to implementation waves.
- Support operational readiness assessments by identifying adoption dependencies, training needs, and process changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of change management, technology adoption, or stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams in a Federal environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cybersecurity or Zero Trust transformation and Prosci ADKAR methodologies.
- Experience supporting large distributed organizations.
- Preferred certifications: Prosci Change Practitioner, CCMP, or PMP.
