Subject Matter Expert – Change Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support VHA's organizational change execution by developing and maintaining comprehensive implementation plans.
• Conduct thorough stakeholder analyses to identify audiences and design targeted engagement strategies.
• Perform impact analyses to evaluate effects on workflows and processes, mitigating risks proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in organizational change management with demonstrated success in complex organizations.
• Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Public Health, or related field.
• Prior federal agency experience, preferably with VA or DoD, and ability to obtain VA clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

• PROSCI or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with VHA clinical operations and suicide prevention programs.
• Experience with change frameworks in federally regulated environments.
