Subject Matter Expert – Health System Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and future state VHA business processes for Elevated Risk Care Management to improve suicide prevention efforts.
• Design and implement improved workflows across VHA Medical Centers and VISNs, ensuring alignment with VHA policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor performance of redesigned processes using metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years health systems analysis experience with large government or integrated healthcare environments.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field required.
• Extensive hands-on VHA experience including familiarity with Medical Center operations and VISN structures.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position supporting the VA's Office of Suicide Prevention.
• Requires ability to obtain VA network access and public trust background investigation.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for security clearance and access.
