Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and apply process modeling methods to interpret complex health informatics policy environments.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze federal policies to support business requirements and technology solutions.
  • Conduct gap analyses and develop workstreams for program evaluation and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in process modeling methods (BPMN, flowcharting) and policy gap analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and experience preparing executive-level briefings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Veterans Health Administration or similar federal health agency.
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one; certifications like CHDA or CPHIMS.
  • Familiarity with VA policy frameworks and Agile program delivery.
