Role Overview:
- Lead design, release, and implementation of new programs under the VA's Office of Suicide Prevention.
- Drive programmatic outcomes by connecting strategic planning, performance measurement, and budget linkages.
- Operate within the Elevated Risk Care Management portfolio at a national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development, refinement, and tracking of strategic performance measures and targets.
- Engage with senior VA leadership and inter-agency stakeholders to provide expertise on implementation strategy.
- Develop and deliver implementation documentation including project plans, briefings, and policy-aligned guidance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in healthcare program management, with 5 years implementing health programs nationally.
- Master's degree required in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with federal healthcare agencies and knowledge of PPBE process.
