- Design AI-enabled workflows, establish governance, and lead operational delivery of multiple executive talent initiatives.

- Design and continuously improve AI-enabled operating models for executive succession and talent management.
- Lead the operational delivery of executive programs, managing end-to-end program operations.
- Translate complex talent data into executive insights and provide strategic talent operations support.
