Senior Program Manager

Role Overview:

• Serve as the operational backbone for the SVP's Office within Enterprise and Field Marketing.
• Lead special projects, program management, and cross-functional dependency resolution.
• Ensure deliverables land on time and to standard for high-priority strategic work.

Financial and Headcount Management:

• Own EFM's investment tracking model across programs, geographies, and categories.
• Maintain a real-time headcount model covering FTEs, contractors, and agency resources globally.
• Partner with Finance on monthly closes, reforecasts, and budget status reporting.

Global Program Oversight:

• Track health and milestone status of active global programs like the AI Control Tower campaign.
• Build reporting infrastructure for continuous visibility into program risks and decisions.
• Synthesize data into implications and recommendations for senior leadership.

AI-Enabled Operations:

• Actively apply AI tools to accelerate research, draft outputs, and build operational artifacts.
• Establish AI-assisted ways of working across the Office of the SVP and broader team.
• Improve speed and quality of budget modeling, meeting prep, and program status synthesis.
