Manager, Strategic Planning Operations

What you get to do in this role:

• Operate as the program-management engine of Marketing's planning system, turning organizational problems into solutions.
• Run the mechanics of the planning operating rhythm including MOR, QBR, Monthly Forecast, and OKR updates.
• Implement scalable processes that help plan and manage work spanning Strategy, Resources, and Governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally in a marketing, GTM, or operations environment.
• Drives programs without authority: gets senior, cross-functional stakeholders to commit and hit dates without owning them.
• Converts ambiguity into structure: produces a sharp problem statement, options, and a proposal.

• Base pay range of $114,200 - $199,900 plus equity and variable/incentive compensation.
