Role Overview:
- Operate the Security organization's program management function.
- Own day-to-day PM for security projects, using AI for continuous structured work.
- Provide judgment, prioritization, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a single operating standard across all security projects.
- Own intake and triage of security requests.
- Produce per-person, per-project, and program-level status reports.
Collaboration and Growth:
- Partner with security leadership, engineers, and the AI team.
- Act as product owner for the program management capability.
- Represent the security org's PM practice across the company.
