Program Manager

Program Governance & Delivery Oversight:

• Own end-to-end program governance, establishing PMO structure, governance forums, and reporting cadences.
• Manage integrated program plan across RPA, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI workstreams.
• Run project planning, reviews, and RAG with technical leads; maintain velocity metrics and remove blockers.

Risk, Issue & Change Management:

• Own the program RAID log, proactively identify and prioritize risks across all workstreams.
• Design and enforce the change control process, evaluating scope changes for impact.
• Conduct regular risk workshops to embed a risk-aware culture within the delivery team.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with business sponsors and technology executives.
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports, steering committee packs, and milestone reviews.
• Facilitate alignment between clients' internal teams and the delivery organization, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
