ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant - AI

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to deploy AI and agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead complex programs delivering AI-enabled capabilities across multiple process areas.
• Lead architecture, design, and creation of deliverables including AI roadmaps and governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Subject matter expert on ServiceNow with demonstrated AI expertise (Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence).
• Expert-level development skills including scripting for AI Agent configuration and workflow orchestration.
• Strong skills integrating ServiceNow AI with third-party tools, LLMs, and data platforms.

Expectations:

• Drive AI/agentic adoption as a lead contributor to the team and organization.
• Bring thought leadership on AI within ServiceNow to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to projects addressing future AI concepts and coordinate cross-practice deliverables.
