Qualifications:
- 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain with recent AI production experience.
- Deep expertise in Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
- Advanced JavaScript and Glide APIs, plus evaluation and measurement rigor.
