About the Role:
- You'll own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers.
- You'll translate complex business challenges into high-impact AI solutions.
- This is a customer-facing, field-based role with up to 25% travel.
What You'll Own:
- Serve as the primary technical owner across 5-8 enterprise customer engagements.
- Architect and deliver AI solutions leveraging the Moveworks Platform.
- Design and build secure integrations with enterprise systems.
About You:
- You are a technical generalist who enjoys working directly with customers.
- You have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- You have a strong grasp of API-based integration and LLM-based systems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience designing full-stack workflows with REST APIs and scripting.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
