About the Role:

• You will support the implementation of Parloa's solutions, enhancing customer experiences for clients and partners.
• You will design, prototype, and validate conversational solutions for AI agent deployments, including the integration layer.

Areas of Ownership:

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support.
• Leverage your knowledge of LLM internals to analyze requirements and design precise prompts.
• Simplify complex workflows into conversational components, fine-tuning flows and voice output.
• Build and configure integrations between customers' systems and Parloa's Platform via APIs.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Ability to craft LLM prompts aligned with desired outcomes, using advanced prompting strategies.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with analytical and critical thinking for risk assessment and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in REST API design, data structures, and API testing tools.
