Customer Technical Relationships:
- Partner deeply with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle of AI Agents on the Moveworks Platform: Vision-Lock, Solution Design, Building, Tuning, and launch.
- Drive all technical aspects of post-sales engagements alongside Implementation Managers and Partner ecosystem.
Custom Solution Design:
- Architect and consult with customers to develop high-impact AI solutions using novel approaches to solve complex business challenges.
- Design and build secure, performant integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira.
Strategic Advisory & Feedback:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers develop an Agentic AI roadmap and upskill their teams.
- Synthesize feedback and technical gaps to influence platform evolution and generalize solutions into reusable templates.
