Role Overview:

  • You will close the gap between solution acquisition and value realization by translating operational requirements into production-grade agentic AI experiences.
  • This is a technical deployment role within strategic customer accounts, operating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer discovery and workflow analysis to prioritize high value AI automation use cases.
  • Design and implement multi-turn agent workflows, prompt chains, retrieval pipelines, and live-agent handoff rules.
