Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role:

• You'll be one of GC AI's first Forward Deployed Engineers, helping define the function.
• You'll embed directly with customers to integrate GC AI into workflows where legal work happens.

The work:

• Work looks different every week, from production integrations to flagging non-standard terms.
• You'll understand how organizations operate, write code, build integrations, and debug issues.
• You'll also shape the platform by spotting patterns and friction points across deployments.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with customers to understand their legal and business workflows.
• Design and build integrations using the GC AI API from prototype through production.
• Troubleshoot and debug customer integrations in real time.
