  • Design, build, and maintain lightweight automations.
  • Expected output: 3–5 production workflows per quarter.
  • Active weekly usage by a majority of SEs.

Forward Deployed Engineering:

  • Expected output: 3–6 active FDE engagements per quarter.
  • Documented architecture and runbooks for each engagement.
  • Unlock or save at least one strategic deal annually.

SE Reporting:

  • Expected output: 1–2 standard dashboards in active use.
  • Actionable insight per quarter that improves resource allocation.
  • Improve deal strategy or process design.
