This role will report to the Vice President of Customer Success Management and will lead the success and growth of our partner ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for developing and scaling a partner success strategy that maximizes mutual value for our partners and our business. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners are empowered, enabled, and supported across the full partner lifecycle.
This role is a key contributor in building the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will play an important part in maintaining governed datasets, scalable semantic layers, and analytical infrastructure that enable accurate reporting, forecasting, and advanced modeling throughout the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver reliable data solutions.
