GTM Developer

About the Role:

• You'll sit inside the GTM org and partner daily with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership.
• You'll build the machine that finds, qualifies, and wins customers, not external features.
• The work moves from whiteboard to production in days, not quarters.

What You'll Do:

• Embed with a GTM function, watch workflows, find leverage points, and ship tools that remove bottlenecks.
• Build flexible pipelines that ingest signals and route them to the right rep at the right moment.
• Ship AI agents into rep workflows and own the full lifecycle from scoping to iterating.
