As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead engineering efforts for Pulumi Copilot and Pulumi AI, integrating modern generative AI capabilities into the Pulumi Cloud to improve the developer experience; design, code, and lead development of AI-powered features; build agentic workflows and intelligent assistants.

We are looking for an experienced backend engineer, responsible for integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity, executing POCs, and improving internal workflows. This role requires staying up-to-date with advancements in LLMs and AI agents to support both process optimization and product development as strategic priorities.
