Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Creative Effectiveness

What you'll do:

• Architect and implement state-of-the-art pipelines for ad creative generation, preserving product, font, logo, and brand assets.
• Build end-to-end image and video editing capabilities including smart-crop, inpaint, outpaint, resize, and style-transfer.
• Fine-tune large vision-language models and build feedback loops using ad performance metrics (CTR, CVR) via RLHF/RLPF.

What we're looking for:

• Deep ML expertise with tree models, neural nets, ranking, and LLM/VLM fine-tuning.
• Comfort with uplift metrics, variance, and experimentation for generative systems.
• Prior work on ad creative tooling and communication superpowers for cross-functional partners.
