About the Role:
- Lead the development of ML models for AI security, combining deep ownership of architecture and training data with technical leadership.
- Conduct model evaluations and adversarial testing to improve accuracy and robustness, defining launch criteria balancing false positives, latency, throughput, and cost.
- Own training-data quality and the production model lifecycle, using monitoring and red-team feedback to guide improvements.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience developing ML models with substantial hands-on training and production impact.
- Strong background in Python, deep learning frameworks, and distributed training.
- Excellent communication skills to explain model behavior and security risks to diverse audiences.
