About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly strategic and technically fluent AI for Operations Director to lead our AI for Operations portfolio.
- This leader will define and execute the AI strategy supporting Global Operations & Planning, Revenue Operations, and other critical teams.
- You will lead a team of AI Engineers while partnering closely with Data Engineers and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of AI Engineers responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered solutions.
- Own the AI for Operations portfolio, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and business value realization.
- Drive the design and deployment of agentic AI solutions, copilots, workflow automation, and operational intelligence.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within your first 12 months, you will have deployed and measured return on the AI4Ops 2026 roadmap.
- You will have built an AI-first operating model across Sales Operations and increased automation maturity.
- You will have improved Sales Operations productivity and helped design a sustainable AI adoption culture.
