Role Overview:

- Manage a team of 2 direct reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define priorities and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable processes and playbooks for the full sales motion.
- Build AI-driven analytical workflows that run without manual intervention.
- Run funnel analytics and present in executive forums.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in SaaS Ops or RevOps, with 2+ years managing people.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Redshift, Snowflake, or Sigma.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and program management experience.
