Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Sales Operations, Enablement, Deals Desk, and Analytics teams.
- Act as strategic advisor to the CRO, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Own end-to-end sales process optimization, from lead handoff to deal closure.
Requirements:
- 10+ years senior leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance.
- Deep expertise in SaaS subscription models and advanced analytical skills.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and AI/ML-driven sales tools.
