What You Will Do:

  • Own the design and evolution of PAR's Revenue Operations operating model across Process, Tools & Data, and Governance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, driving accountability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Own PAR's enterprise-wide revenue operating model and commercial execution framework across the Restaurant Vertical.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with strong SaaS industry experience.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
