What You'll Do:
- Develop performance frameworks and operating rhythms that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Design and implement scalable processes across lead management, forecasting, territory planning, and customer retention.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve productivity and operational leverage.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and modern revenue technology stacks.
