Strategic Leadership:
- Define the multi-quarter GTM Operational Excellence strategy aligning with company growth and revenue goals.
- Lead and scale a high-performing operations team focused on systemic improvements.

AI-Driven Transformation:

Global Scale:
- Own enterprise change management frameworks for adoption of new GTM processes and tools.
- Lead post-incident reviews translating failures into systemic improvements.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, globally distributed environments with asynchronous work culture.
