About the Role:

  • Build and optimize outbound, inbound, and customer engagement motions ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and field execution.
  • Design how AI agents communicate with prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and integrate into seller workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own how Outreach is used as the system of execution for GTM, defining how data, signals, and AI decisioning drive actions.
  • Lead internal rollout of Outreach's latest AI capabilities, partnering with Sales and Enablement to drive usage consistency.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy or a similar role with deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach or comparable sales engagement platform and strong systems thinking to design scalable workflows.
