Role Overview:

  • This role is accountable for ensuring execution of Rithum’s global Go-to-Market strategy across the Global Partner & Alliance organization and the AMER region.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to Regional Sales Leadership, driving alignment to priorities and reinforcing operating rigor.
  • Provides data-driven insight into sales performance and trends for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain frameworks, processes, and reporting infrastructure for the Global Partner & Alliance team.
  • Act as cross-functional liaison to drive GTM strategies, ensuring efficient and aligned processes.
  • Provide comprehensive sales operational support including reporting, territory management, and capacity planning.

Qualifications & Culture:

  • Minimum 10+ years at SaaS company in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles.
  • Experience working directly with Sales Leadership and using AI tools.
