New AI Enablement Lead

About This Role:

• We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to lead AI adoption across every department at Arkestro.
• You will run the Arkestro AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) day to day, build with dedicated department positions, and coach a cross functional champions network.
• Your charter is universal adoption with measured business value behind it.

Responsibilities:

• Own company wide AI adoption end to end: awareness, training, activation, and measured business value.
• Run the AI Center of Excellence operating cadence: champions network, office hours, intake, prioritization, and adoption scoreboard.
• Recruit, coach, and support at least one champion in every department, and grow the bench behind them.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in engineering, operations, or enablement roles, including 2+ years leading adoption of a platform or practice.
• Hands on builder: you script, call APIs, and wire automations yourself, and have shipped AI workflows that others depend on.
• Proven training and facilitation skill, with evidence of measured outcomes and adoption curves.
