Lead Automations Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, translating customer success problems into solution designs and deploying them into production.
• Design orchestrators, sub-agents, and prompts that enable AI-powered workflows across the customer lifecycle.
• Monitor production solutions for quality drift and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, prompt engineering, or applied AI with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, orchestration patterns, and evaluation approaches.
• Ability to read code and engage in technical discussions with engineers.
