About the Role:
- You will develop optimal prompts and context management strategies for LLMs, focusing on subagents.
- You will review conversations and feedback to edit and author dynamic prompts within the dialogue platform.
- You will create new agentic workflows and prototype complex data workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Design architecture for specialized subagents and define contracts between primary agent and subagents.
- Build routing and delegation systems with latency budgets and failure handling.
- Train AI Superhumans using prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in AI, LLMs, or conversation design.
- Exceptional communication skills for documenting and educating.
- Mastery of LLM prompting with OpenAI and Anthropic models, plus basic coding for API prototyping.
