Solutions Marketing AI Engineer

What you will build:

• Discover and define workflows: Work directly with sellers and PMMs to map workflows and turn insights into technical requirements.
• Define agent runtime and architecture: Design context, state, tools, permissions, retrieval, and human review systems.
• Build routing and specialist agents: Create systems that select tools and agents for sales asset generation and competitive responses.

How success will be measured:

• Measure time to find relevant account intelligence and reduce manual editing effort.
• Track adoption and repeat usage among seller and PMM cohorts.
• Monitor time-to-response, cost-per-request, and output accuracy against defined thresholds.

What we are looking for:

• Production AI systems: 6+ years experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
• Technical judgment: Choose the simplest reliable approach, avoiding unnecessary agent complexity.
• User-centered delivery: Prototype quickly, learn from feedback, and turn results into reliable production systems.
