About the Role:
- Build agent architectures and write clean Python code.

- Own the full lifecycle from design to production maintenance.
What You'll Accomplish:
- In 30 days: Embed with the team and understand workflows.
- In 90 days: Ship the first production agentic solution.
- By year end: Own a portfolio of three or more agents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building production LLM-based agents.
- Python proficiency and experience connecting AI to external systems.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in LLMs/AI agents.
