Sr. Software Engineer II, AI Platform

About the role:

• Drive the design and development of core platform capabilities for AI-driven experiences.
• Focus on building scalable, reliable systems enabling multi-step AI workflows and model execution.
• Partner with AI engineers and cross-functional teams to shape shared execution patterns and platform contracts.

In this role, you will:

• Build and evolve core AI platform capabilities for GenAI-powered applications.
• Design and implement shared execution patterns, APIs, and services for multi-step workflows.
• Work hands-on across the stack from backend services to AI model integration.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with production backend systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating GenAI-powered systems with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI SDK).

An ideal candidate also has:

• Experience with AI products in sales or revenue operations context.
• Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval systems, or streaming pipelines.
• Track record of leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.
