Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end AI solution delivery inside ORA, from design to deployment with feedback loops.
- Design AI workflows across the call lifecycle: pre-call, in-call, post-call, and transcription-driven follow-ups.
- Partner with RevOps on platform capabilities and close the loop with QA II and Success Leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in AI/ML solution work, technical product, prompt engineering, or automation engineering with end-to-end delivery.
- Working fluency with LLM behavior, prompt design, orchestration patterns, and evaluation design.
- Strong understanding of databases and data flows, and ability to scope and ship solutions end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AI development platforms like Claude, Cursor, or similar.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, SQL, APIs, and webhooks.
- Background in customer success, support, or call center environments.
