AI Presales & Delivery Lead

Role Overview:

• You will serve as the primary presales subject-matter expert for AI and product-build engagements.
• This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise, customer-facing leadership, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer discovery and scoping sessions, translating business challenges into technical solutions.
• Develop Statements of Work, proposals, and estimates while maintaining margin discipline.
• Oversee AI engagements from inception through delivery, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solutioning or product development, with presales and delivery background.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing presales experience with North American clients.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, AI/ML frameworks, and data engineering.
