Job Responsibilities:
- Lead complex technical delivery for major client engagements from definition through shipped outcome.
- Own architecture and technical tradeoffs, making pragmatic decisions on speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Build and deploy production AI/ML systems using Python, LLMs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant backend depth.
- Strong Python skills and fluency in at least one additional language like JavaScript or Go.
- Demonstrated experience delivering real-world ML/AI systems in production.
