Forward Deployed Solution Engineer – Applied AI FDE

Role and Responsibilities:

• Build solution-ready LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and front-end UI.
• Operate in the field, working side-by-side with customers to adapt, deploy, and iterate in live environments.
• Codify reusable assets—libraries, prompts, scaffolds—to accelerate future engagements.

What Success Looks Like:

• Your solution builds consistently convert to scaled deployments in production.
• You author libraries and scaffolds that power multiple deployments and projects.
• Your work shapes internal tooling and is integrated into platform roadmap.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years building production ML/AI systems end to end.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development including RAG and vector databases.
