Director, Business Strategy and Operations

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team responsible for elevating how we operate as an organization. You will own core business operations, financial planning, and organizational processes that will  maximize our ability to empower progressive campaigns. You will dive into the organization's most pressing challenges, moving fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving to drive efficiency and help us grow. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our operational foundation and maximize our impact in helping Democrats win elections. Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue modeling. Monitor financial performance, costs, and cash flow, identifying areas for improvement on an ongoing basis.
