About the Role:
- Partner with leaders across Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics to define long-term strategy and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots.
- Combine analytical thinking with operational instincts to influence key business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including financial modeling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a high-growth technology company, with healthcare preferred.
- Experience using business intelligence tools like Looker and SQL.
- Experience leading annual planning or strategic planning processes.
