About The Role:
- Drive and elevate provider quality initiatives through data-driven decision making.
- Lead scalable quality initiatives across our provider network by identifying gaps and driving programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, execute with rigor, and measure what matters.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, operations, consulting, or similarly analytical environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, analysis, large datasets).
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, high-visibility projects.
