Strategy & Operations Associate, Supply Quality

About the role:

• Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate, Supply Quality to own the execution of the programs that keep Curri's driver network reliable.
• You will become the operational backbone of supply quality, running core driver quality programs and managing the external BPO team.

What you will do:

• Own supply quality issues for Curri's most important customers, partnering with Growth to investigate root causes and drive fixes.
• Manage Curri's external BPO team day to day, building and maintaining SOPs and leading training.
• Run and continuously improve Curri's core driver quality programs and processes.

What you need to have:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management in a fast-moving environment.
• Sharp problem solver who can diagnose root causes and identify operational levers.
• Data-first approach using spreadsheets and SQL to track metrics and back decisions.
