Own the Dasher and delivery experience for catering, ensuring large orders arrive on time and are set up correctly.
Work at the intersection of operations, logistics, and analytics to diagnose breakpoints and run fast tests.
Report into the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business.

Key Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end ownership of delivery quality for catering, focusing on on-time arrival, accurate drop-off, and clean handoff.
Figure out how catering deliveries should work by testing different approaches for Dasher selection, batching, timing, equipment, and handoff.
Dig into individual deliveries, talk to Dashers and customers, and trace where things break down to implement concrete fixes.

Who We're Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, logistics, management consulting, or high-growth marketplace environments.
Track record of owning operational problems end-to-end, comfortable building from scratch in ambiguous settings.
Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency, root cause analysis, and AI tool proficiency for automating workflows.
