What You'll Do:
- Build data tools for warehouse teams: Design, build, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations.
- Define operational metrics: Develop and standardize new operational and quality metrics to improve repair performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support: Act as the go-to analytical partner for Repair Operations.
About You:
- Global Ops Experience: 2+ years of experience driving improvements through data insights in a global ops organization.
- Expert Data Analytics & SQL: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling: Mastery of advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Prior experience optimizing warehouse, logistics, or repair operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or transportation environment.
