What You'll Do:

  • Own Customer Care Enablement Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive enablement roadmap aligned with KPIs.
  • AI & Technology Integration: Spearhead adoption of AI-driven tools across the enablement lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as strategic advisor to Customer Service leadership, Product, and Engineering.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years in L&D, QA, Enablement, or Customer Support Operations with track record of scaling programs.
  • 3+ years leading teams at Manager level, coaching enablement professionals in remote settings.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, LMS, and QMS; proven AI/tech implementation experience.
