Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for Zendesk and related tooling.
- Work with team Leads to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Evaluate AI agent opportunities in Zendesk and other platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in operations strategy.
- Demonstrated experience with Zendesk.
- Familiarity with AI and automation capabilities within support platforms.
